I CAN'T BELIEVE ITS BISQUICK CHOCOLATE PUDDING

½ cup Bisquick
1 cup water
2 cups mil
1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup sugar
Combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa in large microwave bowl. Add water, stir well and then add milk. Cook on high 2-3 minutes in microwave then stir again. Cook 2-3 more minutes or until thick. Spoon into 6 serving dishes. Can be used for pie also after cooled slightly pour into a prepared 9" pie shell. Chill and top with whipped topping and grated chocolate chips.
