1 cup diced ham
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased 9 X 11 baking dish. Bake at 375-degrees for 50 minutes. Can be made the night before, refrigerated, and baked in the morning.
